My vision

  1. I believe everyone has a voice that deserves to be heard. More often and more clearly.
  2. I want to empower people to express themselves even better and share their knowledge, experience, messages and ideas with their stakeholders and target audiences.
  3. I support authentic and persuasive presence in developing my clientsperformance and communication through 3 channels (verbal, non-verbal and paraverbal, i.e. voice elements).
  4. I am deeply interested in my clientsmind- and skill set, their personality and natural preferences, their motifs and learning needs
  5. I believe that learning is a stretch assignment at best, in which ambition meets limitation. I find it fulfilling to create and conduct a bespoke training and coaching solution, fit to the complexity of my clients‘ business context.
  6. I rejoice in seeing sincere intentions being realized and business objectives being achieved.
  7. I am a lifelong learner myself and find that the essense of our humanity lies in its communicative and cognitive abilities and the further development of these.
  8. My work is based on the belief we all tap into the same human experiences, yet is conducted with the very humble attitude that I serve the client. It is all about their empowerment.
