Faciliator/Change Coordinator

As a Moderator, I ensure a productive dialogue that guarantees compliance with the agreed rules, transparent decision-making processes and the achievement of objectives by all hierarchical levels represented. It is key to me that all voices around the table are heard. 
 
As a Change Coordinator, I create, implement and supervise an architecture of change that includes sustainable vision work, effective cascade communication and a reliable feedback structure. The core focus of my change coordination is on People Management, with a particular focus on identification with the change, motivation, personal blockages and systemic barriers.

                                      Persuasion is the greatest change intervention of all. We are persuasive when we get people to think what they had not thought before; and to do what they had never done before. In this 1-hour online seminar, I highlight the 8 necessary steps that we need to take in order to persuade our audiences. On each step of this 8-step staircase, there are barriers, blockages and biases we need to overcome, strategically and communicatively.
