Often, this leads to the creation of new leadership mission statements as a logical spin-off.<\/p><p>The employer branding workshops and conferences I moderate allow for in-depth exploration of corporate values, ensure alignment with the code of conduct and optimize the marketing presence of the business and its brands.<\/p><p>In M&amp;A transitions, I have been known to represent the voice in the boardroom that is the least present, thus ensuring that all affected are also invited and involved.
