Modern leaders are committed, influential people who build resilient connections between employees. They communicate tasks and changes in a clear and motivating manner and are thus able to call up the existing expertise. They develop themselves and their team members to meet the demands of the organisation and the market and make collaboration productive and efficient. Ideally, this results in greater commitment from all involved. This is how empowered companies are created!<\/p>\n

Our open, online leadership development programme consists of 5 modules, each dealing with one of these core tasks. The 5 Cs of leadership are: Care, Connect, Communicate, Collaborate, Commit.<\/p>\n

The first module is Care<\/strong>: the leader takes care of and cares about the project, the team or the business unit and assumes responsibility. How can we strengthen this care and direct it towards the utmost productivity? <\/p>

The second module focusses on \u2018Connect<\/strong>\u2019: establishing and maintaining authentic connections with team members, and building strong teams and networks.<\/p>

 In the third module, we focus intensively on the most important leadership tool, and that is leadership communication. In this module, \u2018Communicate<\/strong>\u2019, we train techniques for clarity and completeness; for customized communication and for effective change messages. <\/p>

The first 3 Cs are requirements for productivity and performance: if Care, Connect and Communication are established, then leaders and team members can bundle and apply their expertise in productive collaboration. <\/p>

Module 4, \u2018Collaborate<\/strong>\u2019, addresses this leadership objective: how do we manage, optimise and develop the skills of our team members? <\/p>

Finally, in Module 5, we look at the sustainability of our leadership interventions. What we say and do as reflective managers should have a long-term impact on the company’s success and employee satisfaction. To achieve this, we need \u2018commitment<\/strong>\u2019: the intrinsic motivation of all involved and their strong commitment to the project and corporate objectives. To achieve commitment, we need to be persuasive and overcome the barriers and biases in our teams and other interest groups. If this commitment is not established, there will be consequences.
